The cabin

Made for time together

Selah has been a special place for our own family, and now we share it with yours. Wake up to coffee on the upper deck, spend the day on the mountain, and come home to a board game and cocoa by the fire.

The cabin sits on a private clearing with a creek, a fire pit, and room for kids to run, a short drive from Smugglers’ Notch Resort and the village of Jeffersonville.

Fall asleep to a mountain stream

A clear stream runs over mossy boulders just below the cabin. Bring your coffee down in the morning, or listen to it from the deck at night.

What “Selah” means
“Be still, and know that I am God… The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.”
PSALM 46:10–11 (KJV)

Selah is a word found in the Psalms, often understood as an invitation to pause and reflect. That is our hope for your time here: to step away from the busyness of life, enjoy the beauty of Vermont, and make memories with the people you love.

How do I get there in winter?

Route 108 through Smugglers’ Notch closes to cars from late fall through spring, but GPS apps sometimes still route drivers that way. In winter, follow Route 15. Cell service can be spotty near the cabin, so download directions before you leave.

How do I get into the cabin?

Check-in is self-service. Your door code is sent through the Airbnb app on arrival day, along with directions.

Is the cabin good for kids?

Yes. There are games, books, and a coloring collection for little explorers, and a big clearing outside. Children should be supervised outdoors, especially near the creek.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Sometimes. Ask us when you book and we’ll do our best, depending on the cleaning schedule.
